Samaria Klezmer Band – SHALOM

The Samaria Klezmer Band was founded in 2016 in Šamorín with the aim of bringing klezmer music and its rich heritage closer to contemporary audiences. Its members are outstanding performers of classical, popular, and traditional folk music. The ensemble blends authentic klezmer with elements of world and folk music, offering a fresh perspective on the genre. Their repertoire includes traditional Yiddish, Israeli, and Sephardic melodies, as well as songs once performed in Jewish theatres of the last century.
